4. Products, Content and Specifications
4.1 All features, content, specifications, products and prices described or depicted on the Website are subject to change at any time without notice.
4.2 Certain measurements, weights and descriptions are approximate and for guidance only. We make reasonable efforts to display product attributes accurately, including colours, but the actual colour you see may depend on your device and settings. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the colour or appearance of any product.
4.3 The inclusion of any products or services on the Website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time.
4.4 It is your responsibility to ensure that any products you purchase comply with all applicable laws in the jurisdiction in which they will be used.
5. Eligibility, Accounts and Security
5.1 You must be 18 years or older to purchase goods from us and to enter into a binding contract.
5.2 If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
5.3 We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion.
6. Terms of Sale
6.1 Invitation to Treat
The display of products on the Website is an invitation to treat only and does not constitute an offer to sell. Any product images and descriptions are for illustration and marketing purposes and may not always reflect the exact item you will receive.
We reserve the right to decline any order, or to refuse to deal with any customer, for any reason.
6.2 Orders and Contract Formation
-
When you place an order (online, by email, phone or in person), you are making an offer to purchase the products in accordance with these Terms.
-
You will receive an acknowledgement (for example, an automated email) confirming that we have received your order; this does not mean your order has been accepted.
-
A binding contract is formed only when we issue a written Order Confirmation (for example, by email) or when we take a deposit and confirm the design/specification in writing.
For online orders, payment is usually taken in full at checkout. For bespoke or showroom orders, we may require a deposit (commonly from 20%) with the balance due before collection or dispatch. Specific terms will be confirmed in writing.
6.3 Availability
All orders are subject to availability of diamonds, gemstones, mountings and materials at the time of production. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or a refund.
6.4 Pricing and Payment
-
All prices on the Website are shown in euro (€) and are inclusive of Irish VAT unless stated otherwise.
-
Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of order.
-
We may, from time to time, provide quotations in person or by email; these are typically valid for a limited period (for example, 30 days), subject to availability and market conditions.
-
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout or communicated to you in the showroom. Full payment (including any delivery charges) is due before goods are released.
For customers outside Ireland, you may be liable for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by your local authorities. These are your responsibility unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
7. Delivery, Title and Risk
7.1 We will use reasonable efforts to meet any stated delivery dates, but these are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control (for example, public holidays, customs, courier delays).
7.2 Where you request shipping, goods will be sent by registered, insured post or reputable courier to the delivery address you provide and that we confirm.
7.3 Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to your nominated recipient, or when collected from our showroom.
7.4 Title to the goods passes to you only when we have received payment in full in cleared funds.
8. After-Sales Service, Warranty and Resizing
8.1 We stand over the quality of our craftsmanship. We provide a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, or work carried out by third parties.
8.2 Resizing:
We generally offer one complimentary ring resize within a defined period after purchase (for example, within 60 days), subject to the design and structural limits of the ring. Further resizes may incur a fee.
8.3 Repairs:
If your jewellery requires repair, we can provide a quotation for the cost of repair (materials and goldsmith’s time, plus VAT). Damage caused by third-party work is not covered.
8.4 Cleaning:
We are happy, by prior arrangement, to provide free periodic cleaning and inspection of your piece. Details may vary by item and will be confirmed directly with you.
8.5 Customers outside Ireland:
If you are sending jewellery back from outside Ireland for resizing or repair, you are responsible for following customs procedures to avoid unnecessary import duties. We cannot be liable for customs charges arising from goods incorrectly declared.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
9.1 Bespoke, custom-made, made-to-order and engraved items are typically non-refundable once work has commenced, except where the item is faulty or not as described.
9.2 For any non-custom items purchased via the Website, you may have certain cancellation and return rights under Irish and EU consumer legislation. Details of how to exercise these rights, the timeframe, and the condition in which items must be returned will be set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy [link from footer].
9.3 Where you cancel or return items in accordance with our policy and applicable law, we will process any refund due as soon as reasonably possible and within the period required by law.
9.4 If you wish to cancel an order before completion, we reserve the right to charge you for any costs incurred up to that point (for example, design work, CADs, stone sourcing, manufacturing steps already completed).
These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.
10. Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
For orders delivered outside Ireland:
-
You are responsible for complying with any customs, import, tax and regulatory requirements in the destination country unless we explicitly agree otherwise in advance.
-
All items entering a foreign country may be subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s laws.
We are not responsible for delays or charges arising from customs processes outside our control.
11. Electronic Communications
When you visit the Website or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically (for example, by email or via the Website) and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

12.3 All trade names, logos and trade marks displayed on the Website are the property of their respective owners. No licence or right to use any trade mark is granted by your use of the Website.
13. Exclusions of Warranties
The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. While we try to ensure the information on the Website is accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
-
The accuracy, completeness or reliability of any content
-
That the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free
-
That the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, ETAIL Processing Limited, its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents, suppliers and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
-
Indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages
-
Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption
arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website or any products purchased through the Website, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
14.2 If you are dissatisfied with the Website, your sole remedy is to cease using the Website. If you are dissatisfied with a product or service purchased from us, your remedy (if any) is limited to repair, replacement or refund as set out in these Terms and any applicable returns policy.
14.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
15. Privacy and Data Protection
We will collect and process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy [link from footer]. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully as it forms part of these Terms.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any specific written order confirmation or finance agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Website and any purchase of products from us.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
You and we agree that the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
